IRTG3109

The DFG-funded International Research Training Group IRTG3109 “Cellular and Molecular Plasticity in the Cardiovascular System” is an international research and training alliance between Heinrich Heine University and the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA. Based on a long-standing collaboration in the former IRTG1902, our new research network aims to combine current research  and a targeted training program  for PhD students from the natural sciences and medicine at the interface of cardiovascular biology and current bioinformatics. Our program is now open for applications from MSc with molecular and cell biology experience and a high interest in computing and data analysis. We also welcome MSc in bioinformatics who wish to gain an in-depth insight into biomedical research.
